Early Childhood Ministries

The Early Childhood Ministries is a church home for newborns through pre-kindergarten.  Each room is fully staffed with caring team members during the 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. worship services.  We want a child's early experience at church to be happy ones.  For many children, church may represent their first time away from home.  For many parents, this is their limited time to see their child interacting with other children.

Infants

The infant nursery, located in the North hallway from the foyer, is the church home for our littlest lambs.  The team provides a warm, safe, nurturing environment for infants from birth through the age at which they are crawling.

Crawlers & Toddlers

Our crawlers & toddlers are located next door to the infants.  It is here that our more mobile little ones begin to notice each other, as team members continue to provide them with the rocking, napping facilities, and specialized feeding they need, while allowing them the greater mobility and stimulation they crave.

Twos

The two's classroom is located across from the crawlers.  Our two's class includes those children who are two, up to the age of about three.  In our two's class, the children are taught bible stories from an angle that makes them relevant to our little one's lives.  The children also pray, sing, praise God, make crafts to take home, eat snacks, and play with age-appropriate toys.

Threes

The three's classroom is located right next to the two's classroom.  Our three year old room is organized to help your child answer all those "Why?" questions through sensory activity, physical play, and group learning.

Fours and Fives

The four's and five's classroom is located right next to the two's.  Reaching and teaching young children about God is our goal.  We want to help young children know Him (mind), love Him (heart) and serve Him (feet & hands) through active involvement and class activity.

Elementary Ministries

Kindergarten through 5th grade

Sunday Morning 9:00 a.m. Sunday School is a small group setting structured for Bible study and community.

10:30 a.m. - Kid's Worship.  The goals of Kid's church is to lead children to live a life of worship.  Large group worship and small group activities teach, build relationships, and guide children to "do the word of God" through service and encouragement.

King's Kids

September through the first week in December is a musical drama troupe from Kindergarten through fifth grade students.  Each week the kids practice music, acting, memorize scripture and in December, they can volunteer to particpate in a Christmas musical. King's Kids picks up again after the Holidays sometime in mid-January and meet through the end of May.  During this half, King's Kid meet on Wednesday evenings for fun, games and food.

VBS (Vacation Bible School)

VBS is presented one week each summer to provide an opportunity for ages K-5th grade to get to know who Jesus is and enter into a relationship with Him.  Each day the children will visit story centers, learn songs, make crafts, eat snacks and have outdoor activites.
