Facilities Policies

If reserving the building for Ministry Use, you are responsible for (if applicable):

Setting up and returning the room to its original set up	Wiping off counter tops
Emptying trash and vacuuming	Laundering tablecloths, dish cloths and towels
Clean up (including restrooms)	Taking the trash to the dumpster outside
Turning off all lights (check restrooms)	Sweeping the kitchen floor
Washing, drying and putting away the dishes

Please do not leave leftover food or drinks in the kitchen!

If reserving the building for Non-Ministry Use, you are responsible for (if applicable):

A $100.00 security deposit is due at time of booking. If you cancel 1 month before your event, your security deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 1 month before your event, you will loose your security deposit.
All damages to the church and church property. Your security deposit will be refunded if there are no damages. However, if damages are found, the cost to replace or repair will be deducted out of your security deposit. If the cost for repairs or replacement should exceed the security deposit, you will be responsible for those costs.
Making sure no alcoholic beverages of any kind are allowed on the church premises.
Paying all fees 2 weeks before the date of your event.

Fees

If reserving rooms in the building for Non-Ministry Use, the following fee(s) start at:

Use of Worship Center	$100.00	$200.00
Use of Classrooms (per room)	Free	$25.00
Custodial/Set up fee	$50.00^*	$50.00
Tech person to run sound board, lights, CD, DVD, etc.	$50.00	$50.00

^*The customer fee will be waived for members if they agree to set up and clean up all the rooms they use including restrooms.
