Getting Involved

There are plenty of ways you can get involved with sharing. First, realize that a portion of every dollar given to Mid Rivers during Sunday worship services goes toward financially supporting our local and global ministry partners. We encourage you to pray for these ministries and their effectiveness.

Share with those close to you.

Why not share your testimony with your family and friends? Simply tell them how you came to know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, or share how God is working in your life.

Share with those in the community.

Take advantage of the many opportunities presented at Mid Rivers for donating goods and supplies to local benevolent organizations. Or, spend a day or part of a day participating in a community service project. Keep your eyes open for these opportunities! They are a wonderful way to get the entire family sharing.

Share with those beyond.

Consider going on a local or global short-term mission trip. These trips typically are 5-10 days in length, depending on the destination. Why not sacrifice your vacation and go on a mission trip? These trips are a wonderful opportunity to make a difference for the kingdom -- but perhaps the difference will be the transformation that takes place within you.
