The Worship at Mid Rivers Christian Church is intended to be a celebration.

Music

Music is a natural expression of hearts filled with gratitude and praise for our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  God’s people have always praised Him through music.  Through a variety of styles of music, God is glorified and we are encouraged.

Sermon

The sermon is a time of instruction and being challenged from the scriptures.  The leadership of Mid Rivers Christian Church encourages you to bring your Bible and consider how it applies to you.

Communion

Communion is offered on a weekly basis as a memorial to our Lord Jesus Christ.  He asked that as often as we eat this we would do it in remembrance of Him.  We invite all who believe Him to partake.

Offerings

The offering is a part of our Worship because it provides an opportunity to express our love and appreciation to God.  All gifts are kept confidential and all expenditures are carefully accounted for.

Drama

Drama is a Biblical form of expression.  Jesus told stories called parables.  Ezekiel, Jeremiah, Hosea and other prophets “acted” out God’s message.  Drama and sketches are used on occasion to communicate God’s truth and touch our hearts.
